A sampling of CSCA supporters and past and current members would include Astrokeys (which provides development expertise in space systems), Com Dev International (a large global designer and manufacturer of space hardware), Continuum Aerospace (a consulting group specializing in the research, development and analysis of space and aerospace systems and technologies), the da Vinci Project (a Canadian competitor for the 2004 Ansari X-Prize), Engineering Services Inc. (which has just completed the third deliverable for the development of a small manipulator arm and the fifth deliverable for the development of a Micro-Rover Platform with Tooling Arm as part of contracts with the Canadian Space Agency), Harder-Gissing Machine (a small family owned and operated business involved in machining and manufacturing of small parts for the space community), Heliocentric Technologies (a technology commercialization company focused on medical imaging, nuclear physics and mining instrumentation), Javelin Technologies (a supplier of design and manufacturing software), MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates (providers of space-based information systems including earth observation, satellite communication plus space exploration through its RADARSAT, Canadarm and other technologies), NSD Fusion (providers of an industrial neutron generator with performance measured in years), Odyssey Moon Ltd (formed specifically to compete for the Google Lunar X-Prize, but also with a broader mandate to capitalize on commercial opportunities created by renewed interests in exploring the Moon), Optech Incorporated (a manufacturer of world class lidar solutions) and Space Exploration Technologies (which is developing a family of launch vehicles to reduce the cost and increase the reliability of space access by a factor of ten).
